Aeonium saundersii is often called 'Martian Heads'.
This aeonium branches densely and its slightly fuzzy leaves are green with red tips during growing season. When dormant aeonium saundersii is a dark pink color.
Grows to about 12" tall these mature specimens are nearly 9" tall now.
It has dried roots now since it is dormant but will grow new roots once temperatures cool in the autumn
Plant in very lightly misted gritty soil and do not water until roots begin to grow.
