Mrytillocactus geometrizans 'Fukurokuryuzinboku' is a monstrose version sporting breast-like protuberances at each spine. It's spines can scratch but are small so this cactus can be easily handled without gloves.
It is a slow-growing specimen and will arrive with plentiful but dried roots. It is best to plant it in a VERY gritty soil mix and hold water until spring. Once new roots are formed regular watering can resume.
