Where's my order?
Our system sends out emails when you order, when your order ships, when your order is out for delivery, and after your order is delivered. Spam filters can get a bit grabby so take a peek in your spam or junk folder if you don't see emails from us. If there is nothing there either please log in to your account and double check the email you used to sign up. Typos will prevent email delivery.
I ship every Tuesday and Wednesday to US addresses only. Any orders paid after 5pm on Tuesday may not ship until the following week.
I have a plant missing from my order.
EMAIL us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what is missing so we can help you get your plant.
Why is shipping so expensive?
Our shipping prices are postage plus a very small handling fee which covers high quality shipping materials. Your postage is based upon your zip code and package weight. USPS has increased package prices a few times over the past 18 months due to freight costs increasing globally. Due to the unreliability of first class mail we are ONLY shipping priority or priority express. We want your plants to arrive healthy and beautiful and priority mail gives you the best chance for quick delivery.
What is wrong with my plant?
