Where's my order?

Our system sends out emails when you order, when your order ships, when your order is out for delivery, and after your order is delivered. Spam filters can get a bit grabby so take a peek in your spam or junk folder if you don't see emails from us. If there is nothing there either please log in to your account and double check the email you used to sign up. Typos will prevent email delivery.

I ship every Tuesday and Wednesday to US addresses only.

I have a plant missing from my order.
