Refund policy
**REMINDER**
Plants are perishable items and can be damaged from heat, cold, or extended time in the package either during transit or after delivery. We are not responsible for any damage during transit.
Please check your local and regional weather prior to ordering. If you become aware of adverse weather conditions prior to your order shipping please contact us immediately info@thisdoesntsucculent.com so we can reschedule your shipment.
Very high or very low temperatures can damage succulents and even cause rot in plants that were perfectly healthy when packed.
All plants are shipped semi-bare root with no soil or pot unless otherwise specified.
Please note that our system emails tracking information once your package ships and again when your package is out for delivery. Problems arising from failed delivery or being left in direct sun, heat, or cold are the customer's responsibility.
Our heat packs will keep a package at 100⁰F for 72 hours. If there is adverse weather in your area please contact us prior to shipment so we can delay shipping until the weather clears (up to 5 days then there is a $5 per day storage fee).
Please ensure you have correctly entered your address in your account. My website auto fills the address you provide onto your shipping label.
Due to the nature of plants as a product we do not offer returns on orders.
Once we hand over your package to the post office we have no control over what happens to it. Any damage from heat, cold, or physical damage nor any delays incurred are our responsibility.
We take great care when packaging your order and only use quality shipping materials to ensure your plant arrives healthy and happy.
We are not responsible for any shipping damage, loss or shipping delay.
If you need a heat pack you are responsible for purchasing one from the accessories menu. If you're receiving a direct checkout link and need a heat pack you must contact us to add one to your checkout link.
We will refund in the form of store credit (of the amount +5%) or credit back to your original payment method ONLY if one of the following occurs AND you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package:
• If you receive the wrong plant
• If the plant has died because of an excess of moisture in the box.
• If plants have died because of an insect or disease during shipment or within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• If plants are damaged because of an insect attack during shipment or within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Instagram live sale listings/product are only for the customer who's Instagram username is listed in the product title. If you purchase someone else's Instagram live sale listing/product that item will be refunded minus a 5% restocking fee.
